Jean Nantais Ultimate Lenco - 2 Armboards - Curly Maple - Exquisite

I honestly never thought I would be selling my reference turntable but alas for reasons that have nothing to do with audio I am selling off all my analog 2-channel gear. Jean built his top of the line Lenco for me in 2014 and I started listening to it in 2015. It comes with all the motor, plinth, platter, idler wheel and footer upgrades that Jean could think of and was, in fact, one of the very first decks to be labelled "Ultimate." This is currently Arthur Salvatore's reference turntable as it was mine for the past 5/6 years. It comes with two new armboards ready to be drilled for the tonearms of your choice. It also comes with two that are pre-drilled, one for a 12" Ikeda arm and the other for an 11" Kizma 4Point. The latter's hole, however, is only 8.5" from the spindle, making it a great  fit for any 9" arm. An on/off swtich is located under the lower right corner. It also comes with the adjustable brass footers that Jean puts on all his tables. An IEC outlet allows for use of your own after market power cable. Included in the sale is the absolutely most stable, perfect sinwave AC regenerator there is, the Monarchy Audio AC Regenerator, the very one that Jean recommends because it can be set to 110V output thereby matching exactly the expected input of the American voltage motor used here. It's a great AC regenerator in its own right and I had my phono-stage plugged into the other available outlet on it so both table and phono pre were isolated in their own AC and ground plane domain. This is an absolutely stunning combo. The reputation of these Jean Nantais tables is absolutely deserved. PRaT, frequency extension, dead silent operation, it's all there. Now for three small items: 1) there is very small, practically invisible nick in the edge of the platter whose origin I cannot for the life of me determine; 2) The bottom of the AC regenerator has scrapes where I used my Mapleshade brass footers - these in no way affect the functioning of the unit; and 3) I will not ship this - the plinth weighs 100lbs -- so for now this is LOCAL PICKUP in Southern California only. Willing to meet you within a couple hundred mile of Los Angeles if need be. Sold as a combo, I will not split them up. Will accept Paypal as long as fees are taken care of or direct money wire.
