The Convergent Audio Technology (CAT)  SL1 Ultimate Mk2 Line Stage preamp is a two piece preamp featuring all tube circuitry with a solid state power supply including built in isolation.

The Ultimate Mk2 and is one of the finest tube preamps available with the ability to bring out the finest of details, including space, bass detail, a midrange that is absolutely gorgeous, attack and decay of the music, all with the ability of being neutral as Ken Stevens has designed it to be. This SL1 Ultimate Mk2 is an extremely clean and pristine piece of gear. There are no dings or scratches and has been meticulously taken care of. It has never been rack mounted or stacked, and comes from a smoke free environment. Original cost for the line stage was $6950. Phono Stage (not included) would have added an additional $1000.
