For sale are a pair of Bower & Wilkins (B&W) Nautilus 801’s three-way loudspeakers. I am the sole owner of the speakers which come from a non-smoking environment. The 801’s have been absolutely meticulously taken care of and are both extremely sharp, clean units. I would have rated the speakers a 9, but due to a small blemish on the side of one unit (as shown in pic) I have rated them an 8. When not in use the upper domes were covered in a scratch-free cloth to prevent dust buildup and scratches. The Nautilus 801’s are capable of reproducing recorded sound to the highest of standards.
As stated in the Stereophile link below, the Nautilus 801’s are capable of supporting and articulating deep bass as well as revealing extreme clarity in the mid and upper range. These speakers are hands down absolutely gorgeous as seen in attached pictures, and sound just as beautiful. The only reason for selling is due to downsizing all of my gear. | Fedex was able to get me a quote. They will require a lift gate at pick up and destination location because of size and weight. Shipping cost are $1,455.97 I was able to talk with our local distribution center. I was given a wrong price. I was given three options.
1) Residence to residence $974.36
Distribution center to residence $685.36
Distribution center to distribution center $396.36 |

| Thank you very much for your update. I have a little confused. On my end I just need to have the speakers delivered to my drive way (it is wide access way). So how much the shipping cost will be? First or 2nd option? Do I have to pay tax for the speakers and shipping cost. Which rate will be applied? In my state, the tax is 6.25%? There is no tax on the speakers. Buyer to pay for shipping unless a pick up is preferred. Paypal is paid by buyer. |

I thought you will arrange insurance shipping and handling ,and i will pay the total by PayPal. Please let me know how it work. This is the first time I buy from Audiogon, I want to make sure that I we will have a safe and smooth transaction, satisfied buying/selling. I bought a lot on [filtered] and I feel very confident with the purchase on eBay. If I received the items I bought on eBay that were not match with the discription or it was damaged, I could return it and got the refund for all of the money I paid by PayPal.
