This Dac is totally amazing! I represent Bricasti Design and have all three DAC’s on display. The one advantage the arm one has over the other ones is the flexibility with respect to the filters. There is something of the nature of 10 different filters you May tap into. If you are one of those tweakers that wants to get as close to the original recording by having that level of control than you’re the guy that wants the M1. Regardless at this price it’s a no brainer! Because of COVID-19 Everybody stuck at home and I’m stuck here without being able to do her dishes so I might as well just give people some killer deals on some killer gear while you’re sitting on your butts dying of boredom!You’re one of those people that have been celebrating for a reference level deck and want to hear everything in those little zeros and ones and then this is the piece for you!

| is this a new in box unit or your demo unit? What software version does it have? Hi,It is a like new demo however it was more of a display piece. I have three Bricasti Design DAC’s With one main sound room. In my reference room I have the M 21 the M1 is a very nice piece but it’s not quite the M 21. Therefore, the M1 has pretty much sit on my display shelf for the better part of the year I have owned it.As Bricasti Design data tester I I am sure that if there was an upgrade in the last several months they would’ve let me know. Unless you know something I don’t. |
