DCS Puccini V2 + UClock V2 Reduced!

Back from the dCS factory in the UK, this Puccini Player V2 was ultimately
determined to fully meet dCS factory specifications prior to shipment back to
me. Importantly, a brand-new entire Laser Assembly, new motor that drives the
Laser Assembly and all associated gearing were installed. Additionally, all
electrolytic capacitors were replaced and upgraded from original 6E1 to new
6E7 capacitors (proof provided to serious buyer(s)). This was an extensive
$1,878.66 repair/upgrade which will have the Puccini operating at top notch
performance for many years to come, as the replaced components are the ones
most likely to fail over the long term. dCS provided a 90 day warranty,
however, it is non-transferable. Regardless, I am fully confident that these
units will provide perfect performance for many years, thus I am providing a
six-month warranty to the buyer. I will cover the cost of any needed repair,
which will be done either at the dcS Americas repair facility in MA, or at the dCS
factory in the UK as determined by the dCS service technician.

Puccini Upsampling CD/SACD Player V2 and Puccini U-Clock V2 in Silver finish.
Units running latest firmware versions (see pics), ship in original boxes and
packaging, complete with all original owner's manuals, power cords, heavy
milled Puccini remote control, and clocking BNC cable. I am including a ½ meter
Wireworld Platinum Starlight 7 top-of-the-line digital RCA cable
required to connect the U-Clock V2 to the Puccini (hard to see in the pics, but
it has carbon fiber connectors). Retail on this single cable for ½ meter length
is $850 ($1,500 for 1 meter). This is a great-sounding digital cable, one of
the best on the market, it is also in mint condition. Additionally, the Puccini
comes with an upgraded $99.00 after-market fuse installed that provides an
audible improvement.

I have
carefully examined both units and cannot see any blemishes. Additionally, the units
can be examined/listened to in the Atlanta area at my home if feasible.  I am the original and only owner, the units
were purchased from dCS authorized dealers and have been lightly operated and
carefully maintained in a smoke and pet free environment (the Wireworld cable
was also purchased by me from an authorized dealer.. I am selling due to having
recently purchased new, higher capability dCS gear. This combination is a great
value at listed price, very fair. Serious buyers only please, low ballers will

Notes on
how Puccini compares to Debussy:

The
Puccini offers several advantages over Debussy – native SACD via high-end
Esoteric laser disc mechanism (brand new in this case, zero wear on it - one of
the best transports in the industry). It also offers native DSD upsampling and additional
filters beyond Debussy, notably the widely acclaimed ‘Apodizing’ filter.

it) regarding how the Puccini and Debussy compare in terms of performance:

Puccini
U-Clock V2 also features a USB-to-S/PDIF converter, which enables playing high
resolution audio files from a computer through the legendary dCS Ring DAC™
inside the Puccini. The computer is effectively locked to the U-Clock, which
then benefits from a much more accurate clock and dramatically lower jitter—1/10th
of the jitter level provided by the internal clock in the Puccini. Bottom line
is that the U-Clock V2 provides dramatic enhancement when playing disc based
music, but is even more critical for playing digital files from a computer, due
to how it removes much of the distortion that originates in the computer, which
