Theoretica Applied Physics Bacch-SP Adio - Loaded & with Warranty

If you know what this is, you also know how amazing it is.  if you have not heard of it, please look it up. It is basically a very high end DAC (Theoretica’s own that will compare favorably with any other DAC), preamp, headphone amp, music server, and most importantly, a 3D imaging and soundstage processor all within a stunningly beautiful chassis.  The power supply and chassis is sourced from MSB.
The explanation does it not do justice, it creates the most most realistic, immersive and saturated 3D soundstage and imaging that I have ever heard.  These are never discounted and for good reasons.  it can even track the placement of your head to adjust the presentation and can tailor the sound to your location and room.

This Adio is loaded with the following upgrades:

•  BACCH-BM Pro in ear microphones (to create filters)
  
• 3 band X-over network
• 64 bit EQ
• Headphone module 3D software and amp (can make your headphones sound exactly like your speakers)

Retail all in is a bit over $32.5k.  Unfortunately, my dealer made a shipping error that caused a scratch on the front lower corner of the chassis.  it is about a half inch long, but not really noticeable when placed on a shelf (see pictures).  it also sustained some internal damage that Theoretica fixed by replacing some parts, checked thoroughly and certified.  it is covered by a transferable warranty that expires on July 12, 2021.  It has the most recent firmware update that often includes enhancements.  Theoretica has the best customer support I have ever experienced, often by the inventor and owner himself.      
It is controlled by a dedicated iPad with the user interface, including volume control, that i also use to control Roon.   The iPad will be shipped along with the microphone, cables, and the camera (for head tracking).  It now comes in an enormous box that could be dropped from a truck without ay impact to the unit.     
I am selling this along with my active Boenicke speakers that I have used them with along with most of my other equipment as part of an overall downsizing.
