These come in a variety of outputs. This has 3 ultra-low noise independent supplies, a 5V 1A USB, a switchable 5V or 7V 4A and a switchable 9V or 12V 4A. Includes 2 DC cables that are 2.5mm from supply to 2.1mm with a 2.1mm to 2.5mm adapter so will pretty much fit any conventional device that takes DC power. Center positive. Also including an Audiowise RF blocking AC power cable that sells for $75. If you don't want this I can take off $50 but a great match for the supply. If the Audioquest NRG X cord I have is still listed you can have that instead if you prefer. Pictures show different possible voltage combos.
