MARANTZ PM-6A INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER *free shipping*

Beautifull vintage marantz pm-6a integrated amplifier. This integrated retailed for 160000 yens ($2000 us) when it came out in 1981, wich is the equivalent to $6000 in 2020 money.  It  runs in class A for the first 30 watts (see spec sheet) then 90 watts for a total of 120 watts per channel @ 8 ohm. In perfect sonic and nice physical condition. 

This is the closest to a Luxman integrated 38fd lamp sound I have heard from a solid state integrated. A real delight. It is a japan domestic model. It will be shipped with a step down transformer (120v/100v) wich also protects this beautifull unit from electric spikes. Also included in the sale are 4 sorbathane (rubber) feet to isolate the Marantz wood body from external vibrations.   

The sonic condition is a 10. Physical condition is good, except for a small scratch on the finish that can be seen on the upper right hand side of the wooden case and on the lower back of the same side of the wooden case. These are hardly visible. There is no other scratch, mark or any sign of fading of the letters on the champagne coloured faceplate. Please note there is no original box, manual, or extra cables. 
This is a domestic japanese model. It is 100v and needs a step down transformer. A 500watts japan step down transformer will set you back $50 on Amazon shipping included.
