Soundlab Ultimate U-1PX (U790) Electrostatic Speakers with High Gloss Black Enamel Frames

Available for sale is a pair of Soundlab U-1PX Ultimates which have the Consummate backplates including the Toroidal 2 and the "Hot Rod" premium internal parts, Gold Cardas binding posts and wire.

These have all the upgrades except the bass focus technology which I understand is mainly beneficial on the smaller models. The frames are finished in a high gloss black enamel, which gives them a stunning appearance and is more desirable than the textured finish they switched to some years ago due to cost. The panels have the 90 degree curvature which gives more ambient information and venue cues, and they also work better in rooms which are not so long and narrow, giving better imaging throughout the listening area.

I would prefer local pick up. I have crates for the panels and backplates but not for the frames. When I received the speakers the frames were wrapped in Bubble wrap and had thick blankets wrapped around to secure and protect them.

If the buyer wants to arrange shipping I can recommend using Old Dominion Freight or Uship.
