I bought these speakers in 2016 when I auditioned them at Axpona. They are one of the best reasonably sized transducer speakers I've ever heard. That being said, I already had a pair of Magnepan 3.7i's and just can't get past “the Maggie sound”. I have listened to them on and off over the years, but ultimately just prefer the Magnepans. The Grande Avant Gardes are perfect for someone who doesn't have the room for large full range speakers but is still looking for bottom end extension. They have a stunning red finish and are conservatively rated in excellent condition. These speakers have received lots of positive press at shows and in reviews - here are a few of them:

There isn't a lot of sales history for these, but I think I have them fairly priced. That being said, I am open to entertaining reasonable offers. I have the original boxes but local pickup in the Chicago area is preferred.
