These are essentially new, as I purchased them in July of this year and used as surrounds very briefly. I only watched 3 or 4 movies and some TV programming (most of which didn't utilize surrounds) while I had them hooked up so I'd say that they have about 25 hours on them.

I'd rate them a 10/10 but while taking the photos I discovered a very small ding/dimple on the face of one speaker. It surprised and disappointed me because I know there is no way I caused this, it must have been there from the factory. It is very hard to see and had I not had them in a brighter room and used a flash for taking the pics I would never have noticed it. It can be seen in the next to last picture. 

They will ship in the original box with magnetically attatched grills (never been out of the box), port plugs, allen wrench for the bass/mid driver, and manual.
