I am finally selling My Adcom 555 MKII of which I bought new. For 30 years this amp has spent 22 years of its life in storage. The reason I'm selling is I'm upgrading to a Mac Amp. This Adcom 555 MKII Is as close to mint as a 30 year old amp can be. Never modified factory original condition. All the original packaging Box literature are included. I still have the sales receipt.
This amp is a work horse and has served me well. Still sounds very nice. with a Neutral sound originally designed by Nelson Pass before he opened up Pass Laboratories. This unit has been extremely preserved and would be a great candidate for a rebuild. It is being sold (as is) because of its age. Hook it up, plug it in, just let it warm up listen and enjoy.
Will only ship to 48 states in the USA

It draws zero power when turned off because it has a real power switch. It's not like modern equipment that never really turns off and consumes power and remains a fire hazard any time its plugged in. The GFA-555 II is completely disconnected when switched off.
