This plinth is a new design I've been working on for a couple years. I wanted a more reasonably priced plinth that performed as close as possible to my flagship plinth. After many trials with over a dozen different material combinations, I found two combos that were clearly better than any of the others. Here is one of them. I think it is the most attractive of the two.
Includes my signature articulating armboard design. This armboard design allows pretty much any tonearm to be installed. The boards can also be raised to accommodate a tonearm that does not elevate the armwand to the typical 30mm above platter height. Most arms will fit fine with the stock board height.
Four Stillpoints feet are used for excellent energy dissipation.
The 301 itself has been thoroughly gone through and started out in well above average condition. It should deliver a lifetime of trouble free listening. One would be hard pressed to get better speed stability than what this 301 will deliver. My 301 systems are very quiet so low level details are not obscured.
