Superb condition five (5) channel amplifier from Meridian. Tons of power, built like a tank and truly exceptional sound for a super price! The G55 is a super-low-distortion, super-low-noise power amplifier that delivers a minimum of 100 Watts per channel into 8-Ohm speakers and 160 Watts per channel with 4-Ohm speakers.
Adjacent pairs of channels can be combined (bridged) and create 300 Watt-s-in-8-Ohm amps.
So this amp is 100 x 5, or 300 x 1 + 100 x 3, or 300 x 2 + 100 x 1, or 300++ x 2 with one channel unused, or it can be used as a 100++ x 4 amplifier for bi-amping with one channel unused.
