Original owner of this tank of a unit, the PS-500 (120V) from Accuphase; they have made products that have contributed significantly to the audio community. There are some minor aesthetic scruffs on the top panel, but are minor and do not impact performance.
Comes with a 120V power cord but no longer have the original box.
