This is a pair of Chord SPM 1400 MKii mono-blocks that were traded in for new amps.  They are in great condition for amps that are a few years old.  The only blemish on either amp is a nick on the rear right leg that you will see in a close up.  The amps were originally purchased in Europe and Chord provided a clip that was inserted and changes the amps from 230v to 115v.  This is an intentionally simple modification to ensure that Chord doesn't need to produce two sets of amplifiers for different parts of the world.  These are fully tested and work perfectly with US power.  

These amps had one owner who is a non-smoker with no pets.  He obviously moved from Europe.  

These amps are monsters in terms of power.  480w in 8ohms, 800w into 4ohms and can drive any speaker.  They are in original boxes, have the original manual, and sound great.  Two 20 amp power cords are also included.
