Devialet 250 Pro Core Infinity

For sale is a Devialet 250 Pro Core Infinity integrated amplifier. I have two of these, one in lighter color metal and the other in a slightly darker metal. I have been using these together as a Devialet 1000 Pro Core Infinity unit with 1000 watts of power to each channel - top of the Devialet line. 

I began my Devialet journey 7 years ago with an Expert 120. I used that for 3 years and liked it so much I purchased two used 250s (zone here on Audiogon and the other from Oxford Audio in England) and sent them to France for the Pro and Core Infinity Board upgrade. After four enjoyable years I have decided to only use one of the 250s for now and let the other one go - although if someone is interested in both (at a reduction in cost per amp) please let me know, and I will sell both.   

The Devialet units include a preamp, amp, DAC, Phonostage, wireless streaming, and so much more - all with amazing sound & measurements. I used it for streaming Quboz and TIDAL thru ROON with a Server. (The unit is ROON READY) I did this several ways -  thru ethernet, USB, or Wireless. ROON READY via wireless was especially clean. It is also very easy to program the cross over, slope, delay etc. of subwoofers with its Subwoofer Setting. 
One of the best features is the remote - easily the best remote in audio. There are a few companies that have nice chunky remotes, but they are still basically point and shoot infrared "tv remotes". There are two things that make the Devialet remote special. The first is the big volume dial. So many music tracks are wildly different in volume and having this remote right at your listening position is fabulous. The other cool thing is the remote RF (radio frequency) unlike the point and shoot IR remotes. The beauty of this is the remote does not need line of site to work. For me this has been great because I like to put audio equipment in a cabinet out of sight so I can just enjoy the music.

Note, the upgraded 250 came with a lower tier Audioquest power cord so I used a Shunyata Alpha cord, however, it is not included in the sale.
