Rogue Audio RP-9

Rogue's top-of-the-line flagship preamp for sale. I'm the original owner, and this unit has very very low hours (under 150). This is NOT a preamp for those looking for the syrupy, plump tube-y sound of yesteryear with 100 year-old tubes. This is a hybrid SS/tube pre with a quad of Russian 6H30pi "super tubes" that is meant to sound "state of the art" - and indeed, it sounds extremely detailed, dynamic, and resolving - but with a nod to the smoothness and liquidity afforded by great tube gear.   

It's in great condition. I've rated it 8 because of a small nick near the back of the lid (see pic). It still looks new overall, and is certainly the most handsome-looking preamp I've had in my rack! It has such low hours because I have too many high end preamps splitting time on my single 2ch system (including a much more expensive Audio research Reference 6 and VAC Renaissance V).
