Axiom / PSB 5.1 Home Theater Speaker Set

This is a set of five Axiom speakers (four full-range M80 V2s and one center VP150 v3), plus one PSB 5i powered subwoofer. The Axioms are Canadian-made, semi-audiophile ($2,200 / pr), and still available on manufacturers website. They can be bi-amped.

All four M80 speakers are shown without their covers, only two are shown with the cover.  The cover for the other two is in the same condition. Covers attach with hidden magnets. The tops of all 4  speakers are shown, the sides are in similar condition. I took these pictures with my cell phone.  One of the two speakers in the featured photo has a scratch left of the bottom speaker which not visible when the cover is on.

The M80s have a trade-in value of $378 each on the mfgr. website. These are in excellent condition. They belonged to my brother who lived in an apartment above his landlady, so they were never played loudly.

I want to sell these as a lot. You could install the M80s front and rear and have a beautifully balanced surround system, or keep the front 3 and sell two M80s and use you your own rear speakers to get the three speakers for really cheap. Of course, you can add your own satellites to go 7.1 or higher.

The PSB subwoofer has an internal 250w amp so it doesn't draw anything from your system receiver or amp.  It also has connections to drive L-R speakers.  It has controls on the front to set the subwoofer volume and crossover point, so you can ramp it up for movies and reduce it for music. The M80s are floor standing, wired, about chest high, weighing 50 lbs each (due to quality components).
