If you're reading this, then you probably know what these are. These are ZMF Verite headphones - the first of 50 ever made - a limited edition made by Zach Mehrbach himself. Let me tell you a little bit about them.
ZMF Verite headphones are made with Beryllium drivers. They're insane...
I've had them since 2019 - when they launched, though, they have very low hours. I haven't listened to them that much. They're made of Pheasantwood, a wood that Zach does not make them in anymore. They sound delightful. Make no mistake, these are endgame headphones.
They're in the exact same condition that Zach sent them to me in - meaning no scratches, dings, chips, or anything other than any imperfections from the hand made process. That's to say, there's really, absolutely nothing wrong with them. In my opinion nearly perfect and I'm pretty OCD when it comes to stuff like that.
- Included is a less than 4 month old set of Be2 pads. The "secret menu" of Verite as Zach likes to say.
- Also included is an extra, new, leather head strap - for if you choose to swap out the suede strap that's on there.
- Included is a ZMF Salire headphone stand made for Verite out of Katalox wood. (A $119 value)
- It comes with two sets of cables, each with a 1/4 jack - the standard cables and the OFC cables (higher quality and a $100 value)
- Included is a hand signed certificate on wood veneer from Zach himself.
- Lastly, it packs in its wood case with velvet lined foam interior.
- It will be packed incredibly well and insured for shipping.
A few people have asked my why in god's name am I getting rid of these? - trust me, I don't want to. I'm just going through personal financial difficulties as so many are during Covid.
