For sale here is an Adcom GFP-555 MKII solid state preamp. We cleaned the pots and switches and all works OK. It was tested on our Sound Technology test panel and it works to spec. We also played music on it for 2+ hours and there were no signs of any problems.
We'd give it a strong 6 of 10 on the very strict Audiogon scale. Some of the lettering is worn off the front and there are scratches here and there. Also there is a dark red dot on the front panel just left of and and a little above the treble control knob. From 3 feet away none of these cosmetic flaws are noticeable.
We promise to pack it promptly and securely and ship promptly. It will arrive working properly and exactly as described. No long term guarantee beyond that.
