Imported from Japan via personal shopper. This is one of the first items from SoulNote when they had their 10th Anniversary. Mine was made in 2018. This was never sold in the US unfortunately, so it's a 100VAC unit that you'll need a step-down converter to use.
The sound signature is very clean and clear, with good definition and bass definition. Not sterile but leaning towards neutral. Much like the original Denon sound back in the 80s - not surprising as some of the engineers working in SoulNote originated from Denon.
