Legacy Audio Focus, 7 Driver, 5-Way Line Array Design

There's really no other way to describe Legacy Audio's Focus tower loudspeakers than a 'giant killer.'  It's no small tower, however what it does in terms of sonic performance is simply way out of its league.  They are not $15K or $20K like their size would suggest, but just listening to them in our showroom, we were pleasantly surprised.

The 3, 12" woofers are quick and effortless in their ability to move air, producing tight low-end bass with detail we only often hear in Wilsons and the big Sonus Fabers.  The German made mid-ranges and matched tweeter, backed up with a ribbon, form an efficient line array and together created a HUGE soundstage.  Due to the size, the presentation is lifelike and grand in scale.  Details were again shockingly present, again like stuff we regularly hear in speakers over $15K.  I think most of this is due to the extremely well built cabinets that are heavily braced and reinforced.  You're left hearing only what the drivers convey with minimal cabinet resonances, also due to a complex crossover network.

Other pleasant surprises with these were the smoothless and warmth in the mids.  We were sure the ribbons would be overly bright and harsh, but no such issues were present.  It nicely complimented the dome tweeter so both could work effortlessly and present a clean image that you could easily enjoy for long listening sessions.

Overall, there are quite a spectacular speaker for the money and its one of those speakers we felt privileged to experience.. enjoying every minute we could spend with them.

CONDITION -  Very good condition.  Cabinets are clean and free of damage or dings. Grills are clean with only minor pulls. Drivers are all excellent and tested. 

SHIPPING - We ship worldwide with UPS, Fed-Ex and various truck freight lines.  All items are packed and padded with care if the original packaging is deemed insufficient.  We know how exciting it is to anticipate the arrival of new gear and we want your item to arrive in the same condition it left our facility.

DELIVERY -  Speakers will ship on a small pallet, individually boxed.
