The Tyr2 ICs are the top of the Nordost upgraded Norse Line of cables. The musical sound is full and non-fatiguing, perfect for an evening of extended listening to your favorite classical, jazz or pop music. They are especially good for female vocalists, small ensembles and flamenco guitar where the mid-range is the sweet spot of the music. Wayne Garcia (See Below) reviewed them listening to the SF Symphony's Mahler 2nd and was just wowed- mainly because he has heard the performance live a number of times.
