Acurus Act 4 upgradable home theater process in outstanding condition, please see pictures. To make it current, I had the unit upgraded to HDMI 2.1. The upgrade was done by Indy Audio Labs in May 2021 which extended the unit’s factory warranty until May 2022. The Act 4’s audio sounds amazing and has numerous sound adjustment parameters allowing to adapt to various environments and be used for different type of applications. I am selling the unit because I am no longer building my home theater. All specs and manual can be found on Acurus’ website. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I see that you've upgraded the hdmi board to the 2.1, but how old is the processor, itself?
Many thanks, in advance - I am not sure if the processor board was updated during the upgrade to accommodate the HDMI upgrade. I would have to [filtered] Indy Audio labs to inquire. If not, it would be the original board. When i sent to Indy Audio labs the only upgrade I turned down was making it a 20 channel unit.
For the life of the unit, I used it for about two years and then moved residences. It sat for about 2 years waiting for a home theater build. The theater plans were scraped as the area was used for a game room. |
