Wavedream Signature - Balanced R2R DAC.(XLR)
This top of the line model from Rockna is a true balanced, dual mono design. It has enhanced dynamic range and ridiculously low noise floor. This unit is ~ 1-year old. It is the current model with a white display and the latest firmware upgrade.
This unit has 2 R2R DACs per channel verses the SE model which only has a single DAC per channel. The Signature Balanced also has other superior parts to make it one of the most musical and detailed DACs available.
The Rockna also has built in volume control which allows you to go direct to your amps. You would have to spend at least twice the price to exceed the performance of this DAC. It sounds absolutely superb. Happy to provide additional pictures for serious buyers.
