Item for sale is a Meridian 861v8 Reference Surround Processor in perfect functional condition and excellent physical condition.
Item has just come back from Meridian as they replaced a circuit board that wasn't functioning correctly. The unit was fully checked over, received a full "health check" found to be in perfect functional condition by Meridian USA.
The front panel buttons have always had their original protective plastic covering over them so they are like brand new/factory fresh underneath. The paint/labeling/legends are all perfect, crisp and bright. The glass top is perfect without any blemishes.
The unit is from a smoke-free, pet-free, child-free, people-who-touch-things-they-shouldn't-free home.
Includes the original Meridian MSR+ silver remote: The remote is in "good" condition and has numerous small dings, nicks, scratches but functions perfectly.
Blemishes: Despite my efforts to keep the unit looking perfect, there are a few small blemishes. On the front, bottom right of the chassis there is a small (less than 5mm) chip in the paint that is not noticeable unless looking at the bottom of the unit from very close up (see marked photo). There is a rub mark on the top rear left (see marked photo). There is a small paint chip on the rear right side near the chassis screw (see marked photo). How did it get these blemishes? Well, the wife, knowing that no one goes near my stereo equipment decided it to be the perfect place to store our wedding album (made from less-than-soft material).
