RARE Nakamichi 630 (Serviced)

While this Rare unit is rated 7/10 because of an outside flaw or two, I would rate the electronics a 9.8/10. 7 years ago I had the unit TOTALLY overhauled by the fine technicians at Sound-Smith (note one of the last pics with a Sound-Smith service tag).I have invested over $500.00 to restore this unit to perform at it’s best.. Since that time I have turned it on about a half dozen times for short periods. It has been mostly sitting on a rack. Please note that the designations for the preamp functions are just about flawless. The same can be said about the schematics design and inputs on the rear panel. If you enjoy FM radio, I’ve found amazingly clear reception by using a low cost HD tv antenna. The front of the unit looks amazing with a few minor flaws. On the right side there is a scratch almost in the form of a question mark.( I too, question that mark!) 

 Overall the new owner will enjoy this preamp for many years to come and own a piece of vintage audio history in the process. I live is a smoke free/pet free home with Hepa filtration on then heating air condition. In the winters I keep0 the house at 70 degrees with 30 per cent humidification.
