Kinergetics Research Chiro C-200 Stereo Power Amplifier.

For sale is one used Chiro C200 stereo power amplifier in good to very good condition.

The main cosmetic blemish is a ding on the top front edge of the amp and a couple of light scratches on the front of the unit. The previous owner also engraved a serial number on the right hand side of the unit.

The only other issue is that the left positive speaker terminal connector has had the plastic knurled knob broken off. The terminal still works great for banana plugs, and can still be used for spades by turning the inner metal piece.

This power amplifier sounds great and offer plenty of power. It is rated to deliver 140 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 280 watts per channel into 4 ohms. It has a big 1kVA transformer that gives better resolving power and better control in driving speakers. Imaging and soundstaging are focused and deep.

It was made in USA by Kinergetics Research.
