The PBN OLYMPIA HT4 is equipped with traditional XLR balanced inputs and RCA inputs as standard. For an additional fee, PBN Audio's unique 75 ohms interconnect system is also included. This system allows utilization of interconnect wires with an extremely low resistance between all power amplifiers and preamplifiers in the PBN OLYMPIA series. With a PBN OLYMPIA amplifier system, you can save significant money on interconnect wires, since 75 ohms interconnect wires are delivered as standard from PBN Audio. The 75 ohms system eliminates interference and resistance problems associated with all XLR and BNC interconnects at any price level. You do not have to worry about cable length anymore. 1 meter or 500 meters will sound the same. A 500 meters long cable will only add about 2 ohms to the total resistance, which makes no sonic difference whatsoever. The huge advantage with this system is that it literally eliminates cable resistance. The PBN OLYMPIA HT4 can operate as a 3 channel amplifier producing 1 x 400 W + 2 x 130 W into 8 ohms. Alternatively, it can opererate as a 4 channel power amplifier, delivering 4 x 130 W into 8 ohm, or as a bridged 2 channel amp 2 X 400 W into 8 ohms.
