First Sound Paramount MKIII-S Super Special Edition Statement

The best preamp I have ever owned!!! This is a whole new realm in the reproduction of audio. The preamp is absolutely neutral, transparent, ghostly quiet and the most dynamic preamp I have ever heard. This preamp is also a rare find on Audiogon. This is the 6 chassis version with 4 power supplies and a left channel chassis along with a right channel chassis. I also upgraded this preamp last year to the latest standards. I also upgraded the faceplate and knobs to polished gold(this makes it very difficult to take pictures to show how beautiful it is!) last year. This preamp is built to be the absolute best and that is why there are dual volume controls and no remote. Sadly, the lack of remote is the only reason I am selling this masterpiece. All inputs/outputs are RCA which I was surprised that this preamp was quieter than my Esoteric C1X with balanced inputs/outputs. I really wish my Esoteric had the low noise floor and dynamics of the First Sound. I wish I hadn’t tried it in my system at this point. The clarity will drop your jaw to the floor! The dynamics made me think I switched amplifiers and not the preamp. This is seriously a first rate preamp!
