This excellent pair of Stereophile B-Rated full-range floor-standing 2.5-way speakers contains 6" C-CAM composite alloy drivers for the low and midrange, and a 1" tweeter. I am the original owner, and they have remained in the same room of an entirely non-smoking house for their entire life. Their sound is transparent and open, with superb tonal balance and imaging, and they render all types of music honestly, based on the quality of the recording. They are also efficient enough to be driven at very high sound volume without the need for ultra-powerful amplification. The original plinths and port plugs are also included.
At this price, these speakers are an outstanding bargain for any audiophile with a limited budget.
