Only one owner. Speakers infrequently used over the past 10 years. Mint condition, wood trim perfect. Upgraded from LFT-8 to LFT-8b with replacement of original tweeter with higher performance version using neodymium magnets. Includes Sound Anchor stands designed expressly for these speakers. According to The Absolute Sound, a 2019 Editors' Choice Award Winner: "A floorstanding hybrid, combining sealed-box bass with magnetically driven planar membranes (dipolar drive) for midrange and treble, this is one of the lowest distortion speakers ever. The LFT-8b goes up seemingly forever, and down to very near the bottom of audibility in the bass. Ideal listening requires a position close to exactly centered, with the speakers precisely angled, but at the magic spot imaging is superb. In REG’s estimation, one of audio’s all-time amazing bargains." I would only modify this commendation that the imaging is excellent across a wider area than the sweet spot. We moved and the new living room is trapezoid shaped not permitting the necessary dipole back bounce for them. Owner's manual included.
