The IOTA delivers a spectacular audio performance from an impossibly small cabinet, specifically intended for use very close to walls, or in locations such as bookshelves, desktops etc., where a regular sized compact/bookshelf design may be too large. Also unique, the Iotas incorporate built in wall/ceiling mount threaded inserts on the back side for use with third party wall and ceiling mounts. For desktop or shelf applications we can also recommend perfectly matched, third party isolation bases. We also have traditional matched 28 inch speaker stands for Iotas available. The IOTA incorporates the implementation of radical and unorthodox thinking in order to offer the same integrity and musical capability that distinguishes all Neat loudspeakers. It is especially suited to the current crop of all-in-one streaming systems, from which a very high level of sound quality can be attained, but space is usually at a premium.

Perhaps Neat Acoustics’ best known feature is their commitment to pace, rhythm, attack and timing (PRAT), along with an uncanny ability to recreate correct musical timbre. Further, while they are rated with a relatively low sensitivity rating, Neat speakers yield a benign (flat) impedance making them easy to drive with modest powered tube or solid state gear.

The Iota series represents Neat’s unique approach to cabinet design. Few companies have been so dedicated to high quality unique approaches to speaker design over the past decade. This design allows for remarkable performance in a very small package.
