Basis Audio Ovation

Because I am going totally digital in my stereo (I have gotten too lazy to flip and change records ☹️), I am selling my entire analog system.

I am the second owner of this beautiful, sweet sounding AJ Conti designed Basis Ovation turntable with a Graham 1.5t tonearm. I know the original owner, so I know the turntable and tonearm have been lovingly cared for its entire life. I'm rating it an "8" due to its age. It is in great shape with minimal signs of wear, including no scratches, wearing or swirling effect of the polished black finish of the turntable. The tonearm is in just as good of shape. Attached are Cardas DIN to locking RCA connectors. Included is also a black Basis Reflex record clamp. I also have all of the needed accessories, including an new unused belt, as shown in one of the photos. This turntable/tonearm combination works perfectly and sounds lovely.

The included Hana SL has far fewer than 100 hours of use. I am the cartridge's original owner, and it was professionally installed. The Hana SL cartridge in the Graham tonearm on the Basis Ovation turntable is wonderfully musical.

The custom dust cover is large so it has lots of clearance and is easy to take on and off without worrying about banging the turntable with it. It has cutouts in the back for cabling. It is in nice shape with no scratches or swirls.

I have the original boxes for the turntable and tonearm. However, this is available for local pick up only (Phoenix, Arizona). Due to the weight (75+ lbs) and turntables can be delicate, I am not willing to ship this turntable. If you are interested in purchasing the turntable, an audition is available. You will need to bring your phono preamp and cabling for the amp because mine are up for sale, but we can have you listening in just a few minutes.

$3400 for the Basis Ovation turntable + Graham 1.5t tonearm + Hana SL cartridge + dust cover + all of the accessories in the picture. I take Venmo, PayPal friends and family, money order, or cash.  (Due to IRS regulations regarding reporting selling equipment, even though it is purely hobby related, I will not accept payment by PayPal goods and services or Venmo goods and services).
