Pass Designed M2(x) Custom First Watt Class A Power Amplifier

For offer is a professional custom-Built Nelson Pass designed zero feedback Power Amplifier with an exchangeable buffer stage contributed by Mark Johnson. This M2 design enhances the original amplifier circuit by allowing exchangeable input buffer stages and is supplied with a unity gain buffer employing a SMD design for the lowest obtainable distortion of any compatible design. Additional Input PCBS can be supplied for a range of buffering alternatives employing high end Op amps, unity gain designs or high current gain stages.
This build of the M2 design features a range of substantial refinements to guarantee rock solid reliability and the highest level of audiophile experience including:    
400VA shielded Toroidal transformer
Thermistor current inflow limiting for soft start-up  
Full Rectifier based ground lifter circuit
Component matching to .5% throughout for balanced performance
Nichicon, Dale, and Clarity Cap precision components
Linear Systems Matched Jfets
Matched Pairs of Output Mofsets
Precision matched CRC power supply filter

This is a new component, bench tested, calibrated and burned in for quality control. As designed First Watt, recommended leaving the unit on at all times. However, a rear power switch has been added to allow powering the unit down when not in use:  Start up is about 90 seconds but  a minimum of 15 minutes of warm up to fully stabilize the amp for the best enjoyment. This build employs heavy US manufacture PCBs, and Custom Italian CNC Chassis, Matched precision components to achieve perfect performance. Guaranteed to perform as designed upon receipt. This is a VERY HEAVY component and will be shipped, double boxed for cost only, insurance will be provided by the seller.
