Musical Paradise

Selling an absolutely killer Musical Paradise MP 701 MK II remote controlled tube preamplifier.  This preamplifier is a bargain in its stock form.  I took it to another level by adding Cornell Dubilier 940C capacitors for output coupling and as the bypass capacitors in the power supply.  

As for tubes, I installed a NOS Mullard 5AR4 and NOS Volkshod  6N1p’s.  All tubes have plenty of life left and were only used for about 300 hours.

Open, airy, smooth and killer dynamics.  This preamp definitely does it all.  The mids are gorgeous.  The bass is deep, fast and tight.  The upper end has excellent decay and clarity.  Not even the slightest bit of hardness.  Lastly, it has excellent resolution.  

I will ship in the original box with the remote.
