This is the upgraded DAC chip (version 2) with the audio USB output model. Like new. Not used too often. I ended up purchasing an NAD M33 that has the BluOS built-in. When I used it though, it was great having at as a Streamer/DAC for my headphone amps. There is also a USB output so you can use the digital stream directly to a more expensive and resolving DAC. This product is basically a no-brainer setup for even a home theater scenario since it has an HDMI ARC input. You can hook this up to a pair of power monitors and you have both TV and Music center in. Great music server!
