| does it come with grounding wire and plug Hi there - thanks very much for your interest! If I understand your question correctly, yes it includes the black grounding bullet. There are 3 receptacles on the cord - the center one holds the black grounding bullet; the 2 flanking receptacles are for your choice of either the gold or silver tuning bullets.
