If this posting is too far off the mark someone please PM me, i want to sell it not price gouge anyone. 

It is the previous generation model and is passive.
I bought it second hand hoping to improve my entry setup. After talking to someone with an actual HiFi setup I am hoping to sell it to get an amplifier that can actually drive the speakers I do have properly. 
I do not have any of the original packaging or accessories which I know is a big deal for this community. I do not have the original amplifier.

I have tested the sub and it does work just fine with no real damage to the sub enclosure or to the carbon fiber drivers or surrounds.
The detachable base does have some chipping on the corner, as shown in the last photo.
The magnetic driver cover has a couple of pinpoint tears in the mesh and some dust discoloring around where the frame sits under the mesh. Could probably be cleaned off but I did not mind when I was going to keep it or want to damage it once I decided to sell it. 

Happy to give more pictures or info, just want to get it to someone who would use it since it doesn't fit my setup.
