This is not a classic re-fabrications of sound from the past which you should avoid today - you might find alot of things missing or the sound is not what as you expected of typical hifi speakers. This is newly designed modern hifi horn speakers for pure two channel and for matching with modern tube amps, if you uses older designs of amps - it might miss the higest note and lowest points. Quality modern driver units , such as our hand picked Celestion HiFi Compression Driver from UK, and one of our favourite woofer's from Beyma of Spain, which is one of the oldest/biggest speakers manufacturer in the world. We uses these drivers because we like their voices, not because of cost like most others. It's tested and proven of good consistent of quality.

94 db efficient, it's perfect for low powered tube amps. Work really great with 2A3 and 300B SET. And ultimately 2A3/300B PSET/PP will be even better! It also work very well with our SE EL84 211, and 6V6 designs.

The Passione will not have all those 99 db+ speakers trouble of hums (easily if you are not experienced or have good enough equipment), bright, thin/brittle, no pin-point focus point and have sound coming out from everywhere, sound (voice/instrument) over-sized portrayed, blurry soundstage, ...etc.  So before you go really high efficient the first time, or having troubles now with those speakers type - you might get all those things back with the Passione.

Other than using premium ingredients and loudspeaker drivers, the Passione is handcrafted in Quebec, Canada!

I won't recommend anyone NOT buy things made from China. But if you can, please put CAN/US made product on top of your shopping list!
