Pioneer C-77 / SPEC-1 Preamp - 120V - Truly Outstanding Condition !!!

I'm selling my Pioneer C-77 Preamplifier as I've got a few of these in my Pioneer collection and need to make some room. The C-77 is the Japanese market version or the USA SPEC-1. The ONLY difference between the two (besides the name, of course) is the C-77 does away with the A/B speaker jacks on the back of the unit. While this may have been a cool feature in the 70's, I couldn't imagine anyone using these today! Other than that, the preamp is identical and, as an added bonus, does away with all that extra circuitry inside. This preamp is in phenomenal condition and has never been rack mounted. The faceplate and knobs look virtually new. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. And... it sounds absolutely glorious and is noise free. When I think about how good it does sound it's amazing that it was made some 40+ years ago. It has been professionally converted to USA/Canada 120V and works perfectly.

I am also selling its matching amplifier, the 250wpc M-77, which is... you guessed it, the Japanese market version of the USA SPEC-2 Power Amplifier. If you've been looking for this combo, these 2 pieces sound fantastic together and complement each other very nicely.

This vintage Pioneer piece has been used in a non-smoking, child free, pet free and cologne and perfume free home and is guaranteed to be free of any greasy fingerprints, strange odors or any other funk! It comes with the original captive power cord and that's it.
