Siemens & Telefunken 7308, 12AU7

I’ve fallen far far far down the NOS tubes rabbit hole. I’ve tried many, and there are remarkable differences across the spectrum, with Siemens Ccas as the reigning kings for me. That being said, a lot of these tubes bring great strengths and have different flavors. I’ve built up a stash, and given some component changes, I have to start letting go. Below is ok the list of well-matched pairs that I’ve purchased over the past few years, mostly unused, and the majority I purchased from Brent Jessee. Buyer pays shipping and paypal fee. 12AU7 Types

E82CC/6198 Telefunken (Siemens labels, 1960s) - never used.  Very rare Telefunken made E82CC/6189 made for the military with a Siemens label.  They have the Telefunken diamond mark and are long plates.  Price - 675.  Originally purchased from Brent Jessee.

12AU7 Siemens Nickel plates.  1962 date codes.  Never used.  Price - 500. Originally purchased from Brent Jessee.  

6/7DJ8 Types

E288CC Siemens (1973/73/73/71) - never used. Had separate quad running in my BHK 300s, along with Ccas in the Pre. Amazing synergy, soundstage, detail, punch; the whole package. These were a backup pair never used. Can split into pairs; per pair - 275.  Purchased from Brent Jessee.

7308 Telefunken (1960s) - never used. Another increasingly rare find. Pair - 475.  Purchased from Brent Jessee.

7308 Mazda (1960s, Dario Labels) - never used. Excellent balanced tube with punch across the spectrum. Price for the pair - 325. If you are interested in a well-matched quad, that is available - price for the quad would be 700.  Purchased from Brent Jessee.

7DJ8 Tungsrams (w/cryo treatment) - Used for 50 hours. Price for the pair - 100.  Purchased from Upscale Audio.
