Original Sugano Koetsu Onyx rare top of the line MC cartridge for sale
The Koetsu line is royalty of phono cartridges and on everybody's most wanted list. The Onyx is best of the best and must have if you serious about your vinyl. This is mega rare early long body- the original Sugano production. The cartridge has number 1003.
The cartridge is in very good operational and cosmetic condition. cantilever is straight , stylus is MINT. The cartridge was in Mr. Jeff Flinn collection and was purchased 4 month ago among dozen other Koetsu samples. The # 0038 was sold 3 month ago for $4500. The #0065 with modified cantilever was sold for $3750.
This cartridge is all original. The suspension is good. I enjoy it for last few days. The cartridge has original Koetsu tonality with deep lush base and dark 3D like sound stage as it was originally designed by Yoshiaki Sugano. This is one of a kind item is impossible to find for any money in such fantastic condition.
The cartridge comes with set of mounting screws, stylus guard and Koetsu box.
