General Electric 6550 Laboratory Curved Traced & Matched Pair

These tubes are perfectly curve traced and matched with Brent Jessee's Tektronix 576 curve tracing tester for exact matching at several different voltages and bias settings! 

Long gone, they are the best of the best GE 6550 matched pair's one can find. The price for these is higher than other GE 6550's due to the curve trace matching from Brent Jessee Recording and Supply.

These are the classic GE triple getter design.  One flashing on the side and two at the top.  Beautiful, silver flashings on the tube! Clean, shiny pins.  These curve traced 6550's were in the top few percent of all tubes Brent Jessee had back in 2016. No Longer available!

I know only one tube seller that has any GE stock.  They are ANOS (used lightly) and the seller is listing them at $199/each unmatched!

I have not re-tested them as there is no point with this pair having been perfectly matched on a curve trace.  Both tested exactly at in Brent's final test level:

Plate Voltage: 350
Screen Voltage: 300
Matched Plate Current Results (both tubes):  450mA

All of my GE 6550 tubes are NOS!  All test brand new (as they are NOS), and have been stored in a temperature and humidity controlled storage room. 

I am selling mine at a very fair and sane price given they are in the top percent of matched tubes.

I will pack securely with bubble wrap and packing peanuts and ship in the continental USA only via USPS priority shipping, insured, and signature required.
