Comes with remote, microphone, manual, power cord, FM antenna and colored tag labels to help set up your home theater. The receiver is used but in great shape and has been fully checked out by our service tech. Full disclosure: This receiver is used and the component video out rca section is not working (you know for using those blue, red, green rca cables that no one uses anymore) but everything else works, all HDMI work, Bluetooth and the other audio rca connections sound great; see service check list in pics from service tech.
