T+A Elektroakustik GmbH & Co P 3000 HV Preamplifier

German manufactured T+A  P 3000 HV preamplifier. This unit is the embodiment of innovative thinking and solid quality, exploiting  the finest materials and components available.The case is built exclusively from the finest quality non-magnetic metals of the highest purity. 
The P 3000 HV is fitted with an analogue tone processor module which can be used to provide wide ranging corrections to the listening room acoustics and fine tune the tonal balance of sub-optimal recordings. The module consists of three function blocks:
1-Tone Controls
2-User variable aurally compensated volume correction
3-Triple parametric equalizer (Room correction, EQ1, EQ2, EQ3)
Input 4 can be set to a special operating (surround mode) for use with surround decoders.
The P 3000 HV features complete and consistent channel separation in the signal processing stages (double-mono construction), to include two power cables. one for the analog power and the other for digital power.
The preamp is quite heavy at 62 pounds.
This T+A P 3000 HV is a beautiful piece of equipment and the purest sounding unit I have ever owned in my  63 years of collecting and playing HI-Fi equipment. My only reason for selling is to try the new Swiss made CH brand preamp.
