I'm John Hagelin, Founder and President of Enlightened Audio Designs Corporation. This is my own personal Power Master 1000, which I designed and built and sold thousands. It was a breakthrough in its hay day, and still a superb amplifier with crystalline clarity, abundant power, and essentially bullet-proof. 200W into 8 ohms (all channels driven), 400W into 4 ohms, 625W into 2 ohms.

A full bridge Acculinear amplification design ensures that the PowerMaster's input circuitry is never driven beyond its linear operating range - even with full amplitude signals at the highest possible (20 kHz) audio frequencies. For this reason, PowerMaster will never distort, nor approach slew-rate limiting, under any circumstances.
