I purchased this pair of Dan Clark Voce headphones in February, 2023 along with a Blue Hawaii amplifier. I was so impressed by this combo I bought the Stax SR-X9000 headphones as well.   The Voce has been DC Audio’s top of the line reference electrostatic headphone until the Corina which is slated to launch this month.  The Voce is quite impressive and nearly the Stax’s equal. The difference between them truly represents the law of diminishing returns. The Voce is in like new condition with about 50 hours of use since its delivery February 7th of this year and is likely not yet fully broken in. I ordered the Voce with the 5-meter cable, but shorter cables are available from Dan Clark Audio, as well as custom cables from Moon Audio. The amp termination is the standard 5-pin Stax-type connector. The 2-year warranty is transferable with proof of original purchase which will be included with the sale. Also included are the User Guide, dated Certificate of Authenticity verifying February 2023 purchase, original headphone and shipping boxes, documents and accessories.

Questions for the seller
What’s the reason for selling? How are these compared to the Stax L700?
I'm selling as I do not need both the Stax SR-X9000 and the Voce. Both are excellent and the Voce is very nearly the equal of the Stax which is only slightly tighter in the bass and a bit more transparent. I have never heard the Stax L700, but given the Voce is very nearly the 9000's equal, I would expect it to be an upgrade to the L700. Regards, Chris
