For sale is an SME Model 20 turntable complete with a Series V tonearm.  The system comes complete with the original packaging, which I will pack within an exterior box prior to shipment.  The unit is fully functional with good speed stability, the suspension O-rings show no sign of decay, the motor is quiet, the clamp is clean, the tonearm shows no sign of bearing issues or any functional deficit, except for a slower drop of the cueing lever which I will describe in more detail below.  The platter has a couple of very light marks / abrasions that can be seen best from an angle as shown in the photos.  They are very superficial and do not impact contact with the record surface.

The unit comes with:
(1) Table, clamp, tonearm, tonearm cable, power cable, cartridge leads, unused flexible dust cover, and power supply (does NOT come with cartridge pictured)
(2) Set up tools:  hex wrench, suspension calibration fixture / shim, tonearm alignment template and HTA setup key, print out of a manual for a 20/2 (this is not a 20/2 but has the same features but with a different power supply)
(3) A spare tonearm cueing mechanism.  This is a long OOS item from SME but the previous owner included it with the purchase to me.  The current tonearm lowering mechanism functions but it has gotten a bit sticky, so every week or so I have been manually depressing it and pumping the lever up and down, which allows it to drop normally for some period of time.  It never bothered me enough to set up the new mechanism, but it comes with detailed instructions to do so.

The transport screws are in place and the unit is packed for shipping.  Local pickup is available, or regional delivery (and setup) if desired.  Shipping via ups or fedex.
